- Observe and assess children in line with school assessments
- Manage classes effectively, using approaches appropriate to students' needs
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding student achievements and well being
- Run a weekly extra curricular activity each term
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification
- Minimum 1 2 years teaching experience
- Previous experience working with students whom English is not their first language
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child
- Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check

Job Description
- Aldar Education are currently seeking Teacher Science to support our growing family of schools, joining at the start of the 2026/2027 academic year in August.

Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Teamwork and collaboration; be a good communicator at all levels.
- Plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Work with parents to ensure happiness and best academic outcomes for all children.
- Organise classroom provision and learning resources; create displays for a positive learning environment.
- Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
- Observe and assess children in line with school assessments.
- Follow school's behaviour policy; manage classes effectively.
- Carry out duties as directed; run a weekly ECA each term.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
- Minimum 1 2 years Teaching experience.
- Previous experience working with students whom English is not their first language.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
- A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
