Job Description
- Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Teacher Mathematics for Rabdan Charter School in Abu Dhabi for August 2026.
- Rabdan Charter School is an American Curriculum school in Abu Dhabi.

Key Task
- Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed.
- Work alongside fellow teachers to plan engaging lessons.
- Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly.
- Work with parents to ensure happiness and best academic outcomes.
- Work cooperatively with curriculum support staff.
Teaching and Learning
- Clear understanding of the Curriculum.
- Organize classroom provision and learning resources.
- Plan, prepare and present sessions catering for whole ability range.
- Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
- Observe and assess children in line with school assessments.
- Be reflective of classroom provision and adjust accordingly.
- Meet with other professionals if required.
- Ensure Teacher and Learner DNA language is embedded.
Assessment and Data
- Take responsibility for the progress of a class.
- Meet requirements for assessment and recording using Target Tracker.
- Use data to influence further planning and intervention.
- Provide feedback to parents at Parent Teacher Conferences.
Behaviour Management and Duties
- Follow the school's behaviour policy.
- Manage classes effectively using appropriate approaches.
- Maintain good relationships with pupils.
- Be a positive role model.
- Have high expectations of behaviour.
- Carry out duties as directed.
Wider Professional Responsibilities
- Work as part of a curriculum action group.
- Support organizing and taking part in school events and outings.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers using CPOMS.
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school.
- Run a weekly ECA each term.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
Minimum Experience
