- Experience working with students whom English is not their first language (EAL)

Job Description
- Aldar Education are currently seeking Teacher Design Technology to support our growing family of schools, joining at the start of the 2026/2027 academic year in August.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrating a clear understanding of the Curriculum for effective implementation.
- Teaching using appropriate syllabus, materials, and schemes of work to develop students' skills in science specialisms.
- Organizing the classroom provision and learning resources; creating displays for a positive learning environment.
- Planning, preparing, and presenting sessions that cater to the needs of the whole ability range.
- Motivating students by delivering enjoyable and creative lessons that challenge pupils and promote critical thinking.
- Supporting SEN (POD), EAL and G&T students through differentiation.
- Facilitating Hybrid / Distance Learning / Face to Face lessons.
- Following school's established policies and procedures; managing classes effectively.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Mandatory experience working in an international school.
- Experience working with students whom English is not their first language (EAL) students.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating and nurturing children.
