- Deliver lessons that inspire students to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements
- Organize classroom provision and learning resources, create displays for a positive learning environment
- Observe and assess children in line with school assessments
- Provide feedback to parents on student progress at Parent Teacher Conferences
- Manage classes effectively, following school's behaviour policy
- Run a weekly extra curricular activity each term

- Bachelor's degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification
- Minimum 1 2 years teaching experience
- Previous experience working with students whose English is not their first language
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child
- Recent and consistent involvement in extra curricular activities
- Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check

- Use data from assessments to influence planning and intervention.
- Provide feedback to parents at Parent Teacher Conferences.
Behaviour Management and Duties
- Follow the school's behaviour policy.
- Manage classes effectively using appropriate approaches.
- Maintain good relationships with pupils.
