- Support lead teachers by preparing classroom materials, managing student records, and organizing learning resources ahead of lessons
- Assist students individually or in small groups—reinforcing core concepts, guiding tasks, and adapting instruction to learning styles
- Monitor student behavior during class and break times, promoting positive classroom dynamics and timely intervention when needed
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans for inclusive education, including students with learning differences or ESL needs
- Participate in staff meetings, parent teacher interactions (as directed), and school events to ensure cohesive student support
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports daily instructional goals
