Responsibilities
- Lead end to end tax advisory engagements, including due diligence, tax modeling, structuring alternatives, and implementation
- Translate complex international tax rules into practical guidance for deal execution
- Design and operationalize tax efficient structures
- Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Lead cross functional delivery teams and coach junior staff
- Support business development, including RFPs and scoping
- Advise on outbound transactions for tax efficient structuring
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets and thought leadership
- Monitor global and regional regulatory developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in tax advisory and international tax matters, including cross border and outbound tax advisory
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

How You’ll Contribute
- Lead end to end tax advisory engagements, including due diligence, tax modeling, structuring alternatives, and implementation.
- Translate complex international tax rules and local regulations into practical guidance.
- Design and operationalize tax efficient structures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Lead cross functional delivery teams, coaching Seniors and Associates.
- Support business development, including solutioning for RFPs.
- Advise on outbound transactions.
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets and client facing materials.
- Monitor global and regional regulatory developments.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in tax advisory and international tax matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of international tax principles, cross border transaction structuring, and M&A tax considerations.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
