How You’ll Contribute
- You will lead and originate high impact tax advisory mandates, spanning tax structuring, diligence, modeling, and end to end transaction support.
- You will interpret evolving international tax frameworks and regional regulations.
- You will design, validate, and operationalize complex tax efficient structures.
- You will mentor and develop high performing teams.
- You will play a pivotal role in business development and market leadership.
- You will lead outbound advisory initiatives.
- You will contribute to thought leadership and internal capability building.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in tax advisory and international tax matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of international tax principles, cross border transaction structuring, and M&A tax considerations.
- Proficiency in tax due diligence, deal modeling, and integration planning.
