Responsibilities
- Lead end to end tax advisory engagements including due diligence, tax modeling, structuring alternatives, and implementation
- Translate complex international tax rules into practical guidance for deal execution
- Design and operationalize tax efficient structures
- Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Lead cross functional delivery teams, coaching Seniors and Associates
- Support business development including solutioning for RFPs and scoping work
- Advise on outbound transactions for tax efficient structuring
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets and thought leadership
- Monitor global and regional regulatory developments
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in tax advisory and international tax matters
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of international tax principles and cross border transaction structuring
- Proficiency in tax due diligence, deal modeling, and integration planning
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility to travel and work away from base office
