Background & Role Overview

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver accurate, timely and high quality Talent Acquisition administration and support across the full recruitment lifecycle

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality, end to end administration services across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Guide and support managers on role design, market insights, assessment methods and selection decisions
  • Partner with People Operations Specialist to ensure accuracy of employee records
  • Own the creation of offer packs, employment contracts, self employed contractor agreements
  • Manage the candidate talent pool
  • Schedule interviews, organise panels, prepare interview packs
  • Conduct first line interviews to shortlist candidates where applicable
  • Ensure candidate compliance requirements are adhered to
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics
  • Own the pre hire onboarding processes
  • Build relationships with industry and market networks and agencies
  • Support the Head of People & Talent in creating recruitment reports and dashboards

Requirements

  • Experience in Recruitment operations, administration or shared services centres of excellence
  • Strong foundational recruitment process knowledge and core understanding of UK employment legislation
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS platform (ideally Bamboo HR)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requests at any one time
  • Commitment to delivering an excellent candidate and colleague experience
  • Understands inclusive hiring practices and fair selection methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with information in a confidential manner
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

Desirable

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of coordinating and administering contracts for self employed contractors
  • Experience working in a multi regional organisation
  • Saville Assessments Accredited (Level A and Level B)
