About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle all government transactions through authorities including MHRSD, Muqeem, Qiwa, Absher, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA and other applicable authorities
- Assist employees with government related queries and ensure a smooth experience in all official matters
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, registrations, permits, and official documents
- Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies regarding regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and employee documentation
- Support Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and workforce related reporting requirements
- Represent the company before government entities when required
- Handle telecom, internet, and service requests from branches
- Handle vehicle documentation (registrations, insurance, driving authorizations)
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO or Government Relations Officer in Saudi Arabia
- Thorough knowledge of Saudi labor law, immigration regulations, and government portals
- Experience handling visa processing, Iqama management, and employee relations activities
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple trackers, deadlines and follow ups accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English & Arabic both verbal and written
- Advanced in MS Excel & Word
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams & PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (desirable)
- Experience of HR operations (desirable)
- Previous experience in a multinational, consultancy, professional services or project based environment (desirable)

Background & Role Overview
- The purpose of the Country Management Office (CMO) is to provide support to projects within KSA and support and develop the running of the business in country.
- The CMO provides centralised support to projects for administration, local operations and compliance.
- Working directly to the GR Manager, the GRO will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining licenses, registrations, permits, government approvals, and regulatory requirements needed for CTRD Arabia to operate in KSA.
- The GRO will also manage relationships with relevant government ministries, Royal Commissions, semi government entities, and regulatory bodies, while supporting workforce related government processes such as IQAMA, work permits, exit/re entry visas, Labour Office matters, Muqeem, Qiwa, HRSD, GOSI, a
