Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements
- Maintain talent pipelines and coordinate interview schedules
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote PSI Real Estate as an employer of choice
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and positive candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and use applicant tracking systems
- Stay current with trends in real estate talent markets
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in Full life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end to end hiring processes
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, including assessing candidate fit and facilitating structured interviews
- Background in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote PSI Real Estate as an employer of choice in the UAE market
- Prior experience in real estate recruitment or strong familiarity with the UAE real estate sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic HR/recruitment analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within PSI Real Estate.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain talent pipelines, coordinate interview schedules, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics, use applicant tracking systems, and stay current with trends in real estate talent markets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Full life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end to end hiring processes.
