Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- As a Real Estate Client Advisor, your day to day responsibilities will include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will also be responsible for advising clients on property transactions, assisting with inquiries, offering insurance related recommendations, and effectively communicating property solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Client Relations and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide a seamless experience for clients.
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by understanding and meeting client needs effectively.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional client interactions.
- Knowledge of property related Insurance services and the ability to provide relevant advice.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client needs in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
