- Engage with prospective and existing clients, presenting off plan real estate opportunities
- Manage client portfolios, conduct property consultations, and follow up on inquiries
- Coordinate viewings and meetings, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, mortgage) to ensure seamless client experiences
- Meet sales targets and uphold high standards of client service and satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian, Russian, or German plus strong English
- Previous experience in real estate, property advisory, or related sales/client facing role in UAE or similar markets
- Strong client relations and customer satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital communication platforms
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and meet sales targets
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, marketing, or related field preferred

Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong client relations and customer satisfaction skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts related to property and investment, or willingness to learn.
- Fluency in Italian, Russian, or German, plus strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in real estate, property advisory, or related sales/client facing role in the UAE or similar markets.
- Knowledge of off plan property sales, investment fundamentals, and local real estate landscape.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and meet defined sales and performance targets.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, marketing, or related field preferred.
