About the Role
PSI Real Estate seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate roles. You will source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build hiring strategies
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Draft and extend job offers aligned with internal salary bands and UAE labour regulations
- Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with UAE labour laws and company policies
- Maintain and update candidate records on ATS or recruitment CRM systems
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and high demand roles
- Assist in employer branding efforts, including LinkedIn and job portal engagement
- Provide regular hiring reports, metrics, and insights to management
- Represent the company professionally at job fairs and external recruitment events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good decision making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

Primary Purpose
- Responsible to connect with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers.
- Responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience

Additional Duties
- Coordinate with PRO/HR Ops for visa processing and onboarding logistics.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Take Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring safe systems of work and safe conditions.
- Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
