Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels within the UAE business.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver talent.
- Source, screen and assess candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
- Support and drive Emiratisation initiatives, ensuring nationalisation targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, government entities, NAFIS, career services teams and external partners.
- Represent the organisation at university events, career fairs, and other Emiratisation focused campaigns.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain active candidate networks.
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
- Support employer branding activities and help position the organisation as an employer of choice for UAE Nationals.
- Utilise Workday and other recruitment systems to manage recruitment activity and reporting.
- Produce recruitment and Emiratisation reports and metrics for management review.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Role Overview
- We are currently partnered with a Global Industry Leader who are looking to recruit an Emirati Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Dubai.
- The role requires a UAE National with a Family Book, and is open to entry level candidates (fresh grads/up to 1 year of experience) who are immediately available or have a 1 month notice period.
