Role Overview

  • We are currently partnered with a Global Industry Leader who are looking to recruit an Emirati Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Dubai.
  • The role requires a UAE National with a Family Book, and is open to entry level candidates (fresh grads/up to 1 year of experience) who are immediately available or have a 1 month notice period.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an Emirati professional who is passionate about recruitment (expat and nationalized), employer branding, university engagement, and Emiratisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels within the UAE business.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver talent in line with business requirements.
  • Source, screen and assess candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
  • Support and drive Emiratisation initiatives, ensuring nationalisation targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, government entities, NAFIS, career services teams and external partners.
  • Represent the organisation at university events, career fairs, and other Emiratisation focused campaigns.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain active candidate networks.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding activities and help position the organisation as an employer of choice for UAE Nationals.
  • Utilise Workday and other recruitment systems to manage recruitment activity and reporting.
  • Produce recruitment and Emiratisation reports and metrics for management review.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • UAE National with Family Book.
  • Immediately available.
  • Fresh Graduate with relevant degree (HR, business admin) OR up to 1 year of HR/recruitment experience
  • Strong communication skills
