Responsibilities
- Post job opportunities on SmartRecruiters and other relevant social media platforms, job boards, and niche networks
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to proactively find qualified candidates for technical and engineering roles
- Conduct thorough screening of CVs, ensuring alignment with job descriptions and client requirements
- Conduct preliminary telephonic, online, and in person interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule technical assessments, client interviews, and follow up discussions
- Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
- Oversee the seamless onboarding process including issuing consultancy agreements and collecting necessary documents
- Maintain accurate records of candidate visas, consultancy start & expiry dates, bank details, and other pertinent information
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports, tracking KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in technical and engineering recruitment
- In depth experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess candidate fit and make data driven decisions
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Description
- We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and take ownership of recruiting top tier technical and engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job opportunities on SmartRecruiters and other relevant social media platforms, job boards, and niche networks to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, networking, referrals, and social media, to proactively find qualified candidates for a variety of technical and engineering roles.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough screening of CVs, ensuring alignment with job descriptions, client requirements, and technical parameters.
- Shortlist top tier candidates, ensuring they meet all the necessary qualifications and experience.
- Share candidate profiles with the Team Lead for review and onward submission to clients.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic, online, and in person interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule technical assessments, client interviews, and follow up discussions.
- Collaborate with Lead TA and Business Partner to secure salary and benefits approval for selected candidates.
- Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring timely acceptance and clear communication of terms.
- Oversee the seamless onboarding process, including issuing consultancy agreements, collecting documents, conducting pre deployment induction, initiating work permit processing, and coordinating with IT.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate visas, consultancy start & expiry dates, bank details, and other pertinent information.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in technical and engineering recruitment.
- In depth experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess candidate fit and make data driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance.
