Role Summary
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end to end recruitment activities across multiple business units in a leading Abu Dhabi–based investment and holding group.
- The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring high caliber professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding handover) across a range of roles and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source talent through multiple channels including direct sourcing, headhunting, networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles within investment, corporate, and enabling functions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage assessments where relevant, and support structured selection processes.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR Business Partners on search progress, candidate pipelines, and market feedback.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring high quality candidates and cost effective delivery.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time to fill, source effectiveness, pipeline diversity, offer acceptance rates) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with internal policies, governance standards, and UAE labor law.
- Support employer branding initiatives, careers content, and candidate experience improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Ideally 6–12 years of hands on recruitment experience, either in house or in an agency setting.
- Experience recruiting for investment management, financial services, consulting, or corporate roles is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of UAE labor law and hiring requirements.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including proactive headhunting and direct search.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Structured interviewer with strong assessment and selection skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
- High attention to detail and strong follow through.
- Preference for bilingual candidates (e.g., Arabic/English or Arabic/French).
