Job Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting top tier talent, and partnering with hiring managers to support hiring across multiple business functions.
  • This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing and headhunting skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to recruit for technical, creative, corporate, and leadership positions within a fast paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and job briefing through offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand business objectives, define hiring requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Source high caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, executive search, professional networks, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive talent for critical and future hiring requirements.
  • Conduct structured competency based interviews to evaluate technical capability, cultural fit, communication skills, and leadership potential.
  • Present detailed candidate assessments and recruitment recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
  • Lead salary discussions and offer negotiations in line with company guidelines and market benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for strategic and hard to fill positions.
  • Produce recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics, including time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience within the UAE.
  • Proven experience recruiting across technical, engineering, architecture, design, commercial, corporate, and executive level positions.
  • Experience working within consultancy, construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, or luxury industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and leading recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and recruitment regulations.

Pay

  • AED8,000.00 AED10,550.39 per month
