Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system related issues
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and peripheral devices
- Administer Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access rights
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi Fi infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and internet services
- Configure and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery procedures, and data restoration when required
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, and security policies
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and proactively resolve system issues
- Coordinate with third party vendors for hardware procurement, software licensing, and technical support
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records
- Document IT procedures, technical configurations, and troubleshooting guides
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall management
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Role Overview

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall management.
- Hands on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper V is preferred.
- Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
