Confidential Dubai contracting and fit-out company seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The role leads recruitment across multiple white-collar, trade, and site positions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and close candidates across contracting and fit-out roles.
- Build and manage a pipeline of trade and site talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fill roles within tight deadlines.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle end to end.
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for contracting, fit-out, or construction in Dubai or the UAE is required.
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure to meet hiring targets.
- An existing network of trade and site candidates is a plus.
- Immediate availability is required.
Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, in the Ibn Battuta area.
