The role is a Development Director responsible for luxury real estate development projects.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead planning, design, and execution of luxury real estate projects within timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
- Oversee projects from site selection and acquisition through construction and delivery.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation for cost-effective delivery.
- Perform financial analysis and feasibility studies for development opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team.
- Contribute to real estate strategy and assess new development opportunities.
- Manage relationships with government agencies, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the company in negotiations related to development projects.
- Monitor zoning, building codes, regulations, approvals, and permits.
- Conduct market research and apply data-driven insights to evaluate project viability.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency is required.
- Construction and development experience in Costa del Sol is required.
- At least 10 years of planning and execution experience is required.
- At least one major project must have been executed through delivery, not only designed.
- GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
