- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build hiring strategies
- Design and execute creative, data driven sourcing strategies across platforms, events, and outreach
- Lead thorough candidate assessments and guide hiring managers through structured selection processes
- Own the offer process end to end, from compensation negotiation to closing
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes and inform decisions
- Challenge assumptions with confidence using market data and insights
- Champion Airwallex's employer brand in competitive markets
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows to increase speed, quality, and compliance
Requirements
- 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally for GTM and Business functions in a tech startup environment
- Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Strong command of recruiting data and analytics
- Track record of building innovative, multi channel sourcing strategies
- High sense of urgency with consistent record of delivering in fast moving environments
- Clear, confident communicator
- Skilled at navigating complex offer negotiations and candidate scenarios
- Adaptable and resourceful when managing competing priorities
- Familiarity with Ashby (preferred)

About the Role

- This is a high impact, hands on role based in Toronto (hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
- Design and execute creative, data driven sourcing strategies across platforms, events, and outreach.
- Lead thorough candidate assessments and guide hiring managers through structured selection processes.
- Own the offer process end to end, from compensation negotiation to closing.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes and inform stakeholder decisions.
- Challenge assumptions with confidence using market data and insights.

Who you are
- Minimum qualifications: 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally for GTM and Business functions in a tech startup environment.
- Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong command of recruiting data and analytics.
- Track record of building innovative, multi channel sourcing strategies.
- High sense of urgency with consistent record of delivering in fast moving environments.
- Clear, confident communicator.
- Skilled at navigating complex offer negotiations and candidate scenarios.
- Adaptable and resourceful when managing competing priorities.
- Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Ashby.
Compensation
- Compensation Range: CAD 130K CAD 165K.
