About the Team

  • The Operations team at Airwallex ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of our services and processes.
  • We focus on optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer support.

What you’ll do

  • Extensive business and personal calendar management for the executive across multiple time zones
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal/external stakeholders requiring time and/or action from the executive
  • Proactively coordinating internal and external meetings including agenda preparation, venue and technology, documenting minutes
  • Travel arrangements for executive and family including flight & hotel bookings, transfers, itinerary planning, visa coordination
  • Manage business expenses, personal invoices, bill payment and insurance reimbursements
  • Manage household operations, such as vendor management, housekeeper coordination
  • Coordinate reservations, meal, and appointments for executive and family
  • Complete day to day errands and situational requests
  • Coordinate logistics required for personal events, appearances, or activities
  • Manage administrative duties for executive’s private venture fund
  • Assistance in preparing documents and presentations

Minimum qualifications

  • Degree holder with at least 6+ years of PA/EA experience, serving CEO/Founder
  • Diligence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility particularly in relation to confidential and sensitive matters
  • A calm demeanor
  • Appetite for new challenges and opportunities
  • Comfortable with all forms of start up technologies including Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, Zoom, Wechat, Whatsapp
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication in verbal and written English & Mandarin
