About the Role
Airwallex is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, managing extensive calendar, travel, and household operations. The role requires at least 6 years of PA/EA experience serving a CEO/Founder, exceptional communication in English and Mandarin, and proficiency in startup technologies.

Responsibilities
- Extensive business and personal calendar management for the executive across multiple time zones
- Act as the point of contact for internal/external stakeholders requiring time or action from the executive
- Proactively coordinate internal and external meetings including agenda preparation, venue and technology, documenting minutes
- Travel arrangements for executive and family including flight & hotel bookings, transfers, itinerary planning, visa coordination
- Manage business expenses, personal invoices, bill payment and insurance reimbursements
- Manage household operations such as vendor management, housekeeper coordination
- Coordinate reservations, meals, and appointments for executive and family
- Complete day to day errands and situational requests
- Coordinate logistics for personal events, appearances, or activities
- Manage administrative duties for executive’s private venture fund
- Assistance in preparing documents and presentations
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 6+ years of PA/EA experience, serving CEO/Founder
- Diligence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility particularly in relation to confidential and sensitive matters
- A calm demeanor
- Appetite for new challenges and opportunities
- Comfortable with all forms of start up technologies including Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, Zoom, Wechat, Whatsapp
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication in verbal and written English & Mandarin
