- Lead and manage full cycle recruitment for all operational and leadership positions across the resort
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with pre opening timelines and workforce plans
- Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver timely, quality hires
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, visa processes, and Four Seasons recruitment standards
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and hiring metrics
- Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice through branding, job fairs, and networking initiatives
- Support onboarding and pre employment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within luxury hospitality
- Proven experience managing high volume recruitment, ideally in a pre opening environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is required

About the Role
- Join the pre opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea.
- As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a high performing team that reflects Four Seasons’ service culture and brand values.
- Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will lead end to end recruitment activities and support the successful pre opening and ongoing staffing of the resort.
What You Will Do

What You Bring

Schedule & Hours
