Responsibilities
- Monitor arrival and departure of elite guests
- Schedule Front Desk Supervisors and Receptionists to provide maximum service within budget
- Train Front Desk team and supervise performance
- Handle guest problems/complaints and requests, keeping Front Office Manager informed
- Control room rate availability on full house nights to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure adherence to all credit procedures in Front Office
- Inspect guest rooms and tour hotel during each shift
- Assist in emergency situations as per established procedures
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, billing requirements with sales/catering/reservations
- Supervise staff of entire hotel during overnight shift
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand
- High level of understanding and knowledge of Rooms operations
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality and can do approach

About The Role
- The Assistant Front Office Manager oversees Front Desk operations and responds to a wide variety of guest requests.
What You Will Do
- Monitors arrival and departure of elite guests.
- Schedules Front Desk Supervisors and Receptionists.
- Trains Front Desk team and supervises performance.
- Conducts performance evaluations and disciplines employees.
- Communicates closely with night manager and other assistant managers.
- Reviews daily arrivals and departures for VIP and return guests.
- Controls room rate availability on full house nights.
- Ensures adherence to all credit procedures.
- Reviews Paid Outs, Rebates, Petty Cash Reimbursements, etc.
- Checks cashier's work at end of shift.
- Inspects guest rooms and tours hotel during each shift.
- Handles guest problems/complaints and requests.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in similar role in a luxury brand.
- Outgoing personality and can do approach.
- High level of understanding of Rooms operations.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
