Responsibilities
- Define and continuously enhance the Group’s talent acquisition strategy
- Align hiring priorities with business ambitions, growth plans and organisational needs
- Partner with leaders across Dubai, Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong to anticipate talent needs and support workforce planning
- Lead full cycle recruitment across functions and seniority levels
- Manage role briefing, sourcing strategy, assessment, offer management and closing
- Guide hiring managers through selection, evaluation and decision making
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies across corporate, commercial and retail populations
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key and recurrent roles
- Conduct market mapping and identify external talent pools in competitive international markets
- Deliver a refined, seamless and high touch candidate journey
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen visibility and attractiveness
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, leadership teams and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including stakeholder management
- Demonstrated success in managing full cycle recruitment across a range of functions and seniority levels
- Previous experience within the luxury retail industry
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview methodologies, and recruitment tools
- Professional proficiency in both English and French
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong sense of confidentiality and high attention to detail

- As a luxury niche perfume Maison with headquarters in Dubai and a growing international presence across Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will elevate our approach to attracting exceptional talent across our global footprint.
- This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering a distinctive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our brand universe, business ambitions and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously enhance the Group’s talent acquisition strategy.
- Align hiring priorities with business ambitions, growth plans and organisational needs.
- Partner with leaders across Dubai, Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong to anticipate talent needs and support workforce planning.

Profile & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including stakeholder management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in managing full cycle recruitment across a range of functions and seniority levels.
- Previous experience within the luxury retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview methodologies, and recruitment tools.
- Professional proficiency in both English and French is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, together with a strong sense of confidentiality and high attention to detail.
