Responsibilities
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes (P&L, cash, working capital)
- Prepare the consolidated monthly reporting and variance analyses (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
- Analyse subsidiaries’ performance and identify improvement levers
- Monitor operational and commercial KPIs (sell in, sell out, margins, retail)
- Prepare presentation materials for the Executive Committee and Board (slides, KPIs)
- Collaborate with local finance teams to collect and ensure the reliability of financial data
- Develop and improve reporting tools and financial modelling capabilities
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Audit, Management Control or Business School
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Transaction services, Audit, or FP&A (internships and apprenticeship included)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of financial modelling
- Fluent English (international environment)
- Analytical skills, problem solving approach, strong attention to detail
- Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind
- Previous experience in the Luxury, Beauty or Perfumery sector is nice to have
- Knowledge of a third language (French appreciated, Arabic or other) is nice to have
- Background in a Big 4 audit firm is nice to have
- Interest in AI and new IT solutions is nice to have

About the Role
- The Junior FP&A supports the financial steering of the Group through budgeting, forecasting, consolidated reporting and performance analyses.
- The role plays a key part in providing management with accurate financial insights to drive strategic decision making and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
