About the Role
Parfums de Marly is looking for a Regional Retail Design Project Manager to lead retail design projects across MEA markets from concept through execution. The role involves managing shop-in-shops, wall units, and gondolas, liaising with design teams, vendors, and retailers, and ensuring brand guidelines are met.

Responsibilities
- Manage retail design projects across MEA markets, reporting to HQ (shop in shops, wall units, gondolas)
- Revision of 3D and technical drawings ensuring Brands guidelines, perfect execution, while respecting retailer guidelines
- Debrief the global projects team for new permanent spaces or adapting them for global validation
- Liaise with our retailers for vendor packs
- Manage Local agencies and suppliers, ensures quality production and installation work is done on time while building a strong relationship with retailers and suppliers
- Obtain all documentation related to the store opening, installation permits etc. within deadlines
- Track Budgets and cost negotiation with partners, ensures project execution is within assigned budgets
- Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate project trackers and provide regular reporting on project status, budgets and timelines to the Global Retail team
- Collaborate closely with VM, Marketing, Commercial and Global Retail teams to ensure alignment throughout project development and execution
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail within Parfums & Cosmetics or luxury retail
- Designer or architect background (degree or equivalent)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other CAD software
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent design, hand sketches and technical skills
- Understanding material properties, fabrication techniques, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, creative, curious, self critical, organized, team player, solution oriented
- Detail oriented with a flair for beauty and luxury design
- Experience working across multiple countries and managing external suppliers and retailers
- Language: English mandatory (French and/or Arabic is a plus)

About the Role
