Responsibilities
- Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other industry standard software
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics that meet project specifications and industry standards
- Work closely with Architects, Project Managers and Contractors to refine designs, incorporate feedback, and ensure feasibility
- Define dimensions, materials, and assembly instructions within drawings to guide fabrication, construction, or installation processes
- Modify existing drawings based on new data, design changes, or client feedback while maintaining version control
- Ensure all technical drawings adhere to regulatory requirements, industry codes, and company quality standards
- Assist in site surveys, taking measurements, and verifying project execution aligns with the original design
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and supporting technical documents for easy reference
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3dsMAX, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or other CAD software
- Experience in 3D modeling, BIM, or rendering software
- Understanding material properties, fabrication techniques, and manufacturing processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail, preferably within Parfums & Cosmetics or luxury retail
- Language: English (speaking and writing)
- Strong knowledge of construction, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering principles
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills to liaise with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
