About the Role
Parfums de Marly is looking for a Product Designer to design and develop all products across the Maison's portfolio, including fragrance bottles, packaging, and promotional items.

Responsibilities
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling product concepts and design solutions
- Design all primary and secondary packaging for fragrances and ancillary products
- Create collateral and promotional assets including gift elements, sets, GWP items, samples, and blotters
- Develop creative proposals, technical drawings, renderings, and presentation materials
- Produce high quality 3D visualizations and renderings for internal presentations
- Manage creation of physical product mock ups with external model makers and suppliers
- Prepare and deliver technical artwork files for product development and manufacturing
- Collaborate with Product Development and suppliers throughout industrialization process
- Review prototypes, color standards, materials, decorations, and production samples to ensure design integrity
- Partner with Product Managers to understand product vision and business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design, Packaging Design, or Industrial Design
- Previous experience within Luxury, Fragrance, or related premium industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Rhino, Maya, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of AI powered creative and visualization tools
- Understanding of packaging materials, decoration techniques, printing processes, and manufacturing constraints

About the Role
- Part of the Brand Team, responsible for designing and developing all products across the Maison's portfolio.
- Ensures consistency, desirability, and excellence throughout every consumer touchpoint.
- Reports to Brand Marketing Director and works closely with Product Managers, Product Development, Purchasing, and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling product concepts and design solutions.
- Design all primary and secondary packaging for fragrances and ancillary products.
- Create collateral and promotional assets including Art of Gifting elements, sets & coffrets, GWP items, samples, and blotters.
- Ensure all designs align with the Maison's visual identity, positioning, and luxury standards.
- Develop creative proposals, technical drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Produce high quality 3D visualizations and renderings for internal presentations.
- Manage creation of physical product mock ups with external model makers and suppliers.
- Leverage AI powered visualization tools to accelerate concept creation.
- Prepare and deliver technical artwork files for product development and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Product Development and suppliers throughout industrialization process.
- Review prototypes, color standards, materials, decorations, and production samples.
- Partner with Product Managers to understand product vision and business objectives.
Profile & Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design, Packaging Design, or Industrial Design.
- Previous experience within Luxury, Fragrance, or related premium industries required.
- Demonstrated experience developing products from concept through industrial production.
- Mandatory: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong proficiency in one or several of: Blender, Cinema 4D, Rhino, Maya, or equivalent 3D software.
- Strong knowledge of AI powered creative and visualization tools.
- Understanding of packaging materials, decoration techniques, printing processes, and manufacturing constraints.
- Strong creative sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
