About the Role
Misogi Partners is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading water infrastructure platform in Dubai. You will build and lead the in-house TA function, manage end-to-end recruitment, and partner with business leaders across the GCC.

Requirements
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, including managerial/team lead experience
- Mandatory UAE recruitment exposure across infrastructure, EPC & construction
- Multi sector hiring background (Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, IT, Manufacturing & Healthcare)
- Strong direct sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS)
- Proven full cycle and high volume/project mobilisation hiring
- Degree in HR/Business; CIPD or SHRM an advantage

Overview
- Misogi Partners is partnering with a leading water infrastructure development platform backed by a major Saudi industrial group to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager who will build and lead in house hiring as the business scales across the GCC.
What You'll Own
- End to end recruitment across the platform — from workforce planning and direct sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
