- End to end leadership of wholesale market workstreams — structuring and negotiating PPAs, WPAs, and bulk supply agreements
- Leading financial modelling and techno commercial reviews of IPP/IWP projects (CCGT, Solar PV, BESS, RO desalination)
- Driving regulatory engagement on tariffs and competitive procurement
Requirements
- 6+ years in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or project finance with UAE/GCC market exposure
- Proven track record negotiating PPAs, WPAs, and bulk supply agreements — pricing, take or pay, performance regimes, and risk allocation
- Strong financial modelling and techno commercial review capability across IPP/IWP frameworks
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Economics/Finance
