About the Role

- Drive favourable commercial terms with governments, utilities, contractors and suppliers
- Manage contractual and commercial risk end to end
- Safeguard compliance through the project lifecycle
- Act as the point of contact for dispute resolution
Requirements
- 8+ years in contract management, ideally within renewable energy
- Hands on track record developing, negotiating & executing PPAs, EPC and O&M agreements
- Well grounded command of contract law, commercial terms and risk mitigation
- Experience negotiating with government entities, utilities, EPC contractors and suppliers
- Exposure to utility scale solar, wind and BESS technologies
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Contract Management or a related field

Job Overview
