Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth
- Build scalable recruitment frameworks to support multi site expansion
- Lead international hiring across multiple regions (Europe, Asia, MENA, etc.)
- Manage relocation and visa based hiring requirements where applicable
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal recruitment team
- Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads on workforce planning
- Develop and optimize recruitment processes and policies
- Manage ATS systems and recruitment technology platforms
- Build dashboards and KPIs for hiring performance and reporting
- Strengthen employer branding to enhance talent attraction
Requirements
- 8–10 years of total experience within Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience within education, training industry preferred
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial / leadership TA role
- Strong proven experience in international / global recruitment
- Experience in multi site or complex organizational structures
- Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- UAE Experience is a must

Job Description
- Mandated to identify a Talent Acquisition Head for a client in education and training sector.
- Location: Dubai, UAE. Salary: 15,000 20,000 AED.
- Role leads end to end recruitment strategy across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
