Job Overview

  • Our client is a globally recognized leader in sustainable aluminium solutions, serving construction and architectural industries across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
  • Seeking a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Executive for Dubai, UAE.
  • Salary Range: AED 10,000 AED 12,000 + Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations to customers and distributors.
  • Liaise with Sales team to understand customer requirements.
  • Follow up on quotations to convert into confirmed orders.
  • Act as primary point of contact for Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
  • Coordinate logistics activities for timely delivery.
  • Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal departments.
  • Resolve shipping and delivery issues proactively.
  • Process customer orders accurately in ERP system.
  • Maintain records of quotations, orders, correspondence, and shipping documents.
  • Prepare reports on quotation status, order progress, and logistics performance.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and support Finance team during reconciliation.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics coordination, or similar role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers, or customers is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, import/export, and distribution processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Customer focused with strong problem solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline is preferred.
