About the Role
A globally recognized leader in sustainable aluminium solutions seeks a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to manage quotations, customer communication, logistics coordination, and order processing.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations to customers and distributors in a timely manner
- Liaise with Sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure quotations reflect correct products, pricing, and terms
- Follow up on quotations to convert them into confirmed customer orders
- Act as primary point of contact for Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system
- Maintain complete records of quotations, orders, correspondence, and shipping documents
- Ensure timely invoicing of all outgoing goods
- Support Finance team during account reconciliation by providing required documentation
- Visit key customers at least once annually to strengthen business relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints professionally
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics coordination, or similar role
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, import/export, and distribution processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Customer focused with strong problem solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline preferred
- Experience working with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers, or customers highly preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Job Overview

- Seeking a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Executive for Dubai, UAE.
- Salary Range: AED 10,000 AED 12,000 + Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations to customers and distributors.
- Liaise with Sales team to understand customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations to convert into confirmed orders.
- Act as primary point of contact for Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
- Coordinate logistics activities for timely delivery.
- Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal departments.
- Resolve shipping and delivery issues proactively.
- Process customer orders accurately in ERP system.
- Maintain records of quotations, orders, correspondence, and shipping documents.
- Prepare reports on quotation status, order progress, and logistics performance.
- Ensure timely invoicing and support Finance team during reconciliation.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics coordination, or similar role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
