- Build long term relationships with customers and strategic partners
- Drive revenue growth while managing commercial risk
Requirements
- Proven experience in commodity trading or B2B sales specifically in Chemicals/Foods and Polymers sectors
- Existing network within your target industry and region
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a true hunter mentality
- Excellent commercial judgment and ability to close deals
- Fluent English (Arabic or French is an advantage)
- University Degree

Position Overview
- We are expanding our global trading operations and are looking for high performing Sales Managers / Commodity Traders to drive growth in strategic international markets.
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Industry: Chemicals & Food Ingredients | Polymers.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a portfolio of B2B customers. Adept at managing client relationship.
- Manage the complete trading cycle—from sourcing and supplier negotiations to sales, contract execution, and logistics.
- Negotiate with international suppliers and buyers to maximize profitability.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, pricing, competition, and supply chain developments.
- Build long term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Drive revenue growth while managing commercial risk.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in commodity trading or B2B sales specifically Chemicals/Foods and Polymers sectors.
- Existing network within your target industry and region.
