T&I Engineer (1686)

To plan, coordinate, and execute turnaround and inspection activities ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective completion of scheduled outages and inspections for plant reliability and compliance.

1. Turnaround Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end Turnaround & Inspection (T&I) planning and execution process by consolidating scope, developing detailed plans and schedules, ensuring compliance, managing materials and approvals, and delivering a finalized execution plan on time. 2. Inspection & Compliance: Ensure all inspections and site tests comply with regulatory, safety, and company standards, while overseeing proper preparation of QC packages and attending all required site tests. 3. Risk Management: Develop and maintain a risk register for turnaround activities and proactively identify and mitigate associated risks to ensure safe and efficient execution. 4. Cost Control: Monitor and control turnaround budgets by tracking material and service costs, optimizing expenditures, and identifying additional work outside the planned schedule. 5. Contractors Coordination: Coordinate pre-fabrication and pre-shutdown activities, manage contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance, resource availability, safety orientation, and certification, and secure all tools, equipment, and approvals for timely T&I execution. 6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate turnaround records and prepare comprehensive post-T&I reports for timely submission and review. 7. Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to turnaround processes and inspection methodologies.
