Sphere Recruitment is hiring a Sustainability Manager to drive sustainability requirements across major masterplans and individual real estate assets. The role involves design reviews, certification, ESG reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sustainability reviews across masterplans and individual developments
- Manage green-building certification requirements, including Estidama, LEED, WELL and BREEAM
- Advise internal design, development and delivery teams on sustainability strategy and compliance
- Coordinate consultants and project stakeholders to resolve technical gaps and maintain certification targets
- Support ESG disclosures, annual sustainability reviews and wider corporate reporting
- Review project documentation and ensure sustainability requirements are embedded throughout the development lifecycle
Candidate Profile
- Strong sustainability experience within the UAE real estate or construction sector
- Experience working across large-scale developments, masterplans and individual assets
- Relevant accreditation in Estidama, LEED, WELL, BREEAM and/or GRI
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
