Sustainability Manager position with a leading UAE real estate developer.
This client-side role drives sustainability requirements across major masterplans and individual real estate assets.
The role focuses on design reviews, certification, ESG reporting, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 30,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sustainability reviews across masterplans and individual developments.
- Manage Estidama, LEED, WELL, and BREEAM certification requirements.
- Advise design, development, and delivery teams on sustainability strategy and compliance.
- Coordinate consultants and stakeholders to resolve technical gaps and maintain certification targets.
- Support ESG disclosures, annual sustainability reviews, and wider corporate reporting.
- Review documentation and embed sustainability requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- Strong sustainability experience in the UAE real estate or construction sector is required.
- Experience across large-scale developments, masterplans, and individual assets is required.
- Relevant accreditation in Estidama, LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and/or GRI is required.
- Consultancy experience is highly desirable, while client-side experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills are required.
- A bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
