Role Overview
A UAE-based real estate developer is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist, also described as a Copywriter and Content Specialist.
The role will shape brand voice, storytelling, and content strategy for the developer and its project portfolio.
The position works across marketing and communications with a creative and commercially focused approach.
Content Responsibilities
- Create website and digital content.
- Develop property and development marketing materials.
- Create social media campaigns and editorial content.
- Develop brand campaigns and creative concepts.
- Produce content for project launches and sales campaigns.
- Write corporate communications and thought leadership content.
- Create brochures, presentations, and investor-facing materials.
- Develop PR, media, and internal communications content.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, brand, sales, development, and senior leadership teams.
- Translate complex real estate propositions into clear, engaging, and commercially effective storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, content, editorial, or brand communications.
- Experience in real estate, property, luxury, hospitality, or a leading consumer brand is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal English.
- Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and storytelling.
- Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience developing content for major campaigns and project launches.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality copy and creative thinking.
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand a property proposition.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
