- Maintain real time communication with emergency responders, property owners, and stakeholders during incidents.
- Assess alarm signals to determine their nature and coordinate appropriate responses with emergency services.
- Manage operational workflows for 24/7 monitoring services effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for alarm handling and response protocols.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize ARC operations using AI powered analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Analyze alarm data trends to improve system efficiency and reduce false alarms.
- Help implement best practices for ARC operations to enhance reliability and scalability.
- Keep abreast of relevant emerging technologies such as IoT devices, edge computing solutions, and converged security systems.
- Develop detailed incident reports for documentation and future analysis.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols within ARC systems to protect sensitive data.
Requirements
- High school or bachelor's degree
- Call center experience
- Proficiency in alarm verification, assessment, and response coordination is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking for evaluating alarm data trends and optimizing system performance is an advantage
