Responsibilities
- Support the development of enterprise strategy, value creation plans, long term business plans, portfolio reviews, and strategic transformation initiatives
- Support the development of enterprise and subsidiary level 5 year strategies, value creation plans, and long term business plans
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing strategic growth opportunities, operational improvement initiatives, transformation programs, and strategic investments
- Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, industry analysis, strategic fact base development, and opportunity sizing exercises
- Support the development of 5 year business plans, annual strategic plans, budgets, and long term forecasts
- Support strategic reviews of portfolio companies, business units, operating models, and transformation initiatives
- Assist in developing KPI frameworks, value driver trees, benefits realization frameworks, and performance management mechanisms
Requirements
- Experience in strategy development, value creation planning, business planning, strategic analysis, benchmarking, and performance improvement
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to support development of enterprise and subsidiary level strategies
- Proficiency in market assessments and competitive benchmarking
- Experience with KPI frameworks and performance management

Key Responsibilities
