Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- PMP certification (preferred)
- 8–15 years of experience in construction
- Minimum 5 years managing mid rise/high rise building projects
- Strong knowledge of structural concrete works, tower cranes, lifting operations, and vertical construction sequencing
- Project scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong decision making ability and excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Summary

Qualifications
