Responsibilities
- Perform data quality control and identify inconsistencies across operational data
- Run, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and management reporting tools
- Update stock and inventory dashboards
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including Fill Rate, On Time Delivery, Stock Coverage
- Produce recurring operational reports and KPI reports
- Extract, cleanse, and analyse ERP data while proactively identifying opportunities to streamline data flows
- Explore and implement AI driven solutions to improve reporting accuracy and operational workflows
- Ensure efficient product distribution to retail stores and e commerce channels
- Follow up sourcing activities with suppliers
- Monitor purchase orders and send supplier reminders where required
- Track order confirmations and shipment milestones
- Detect anomalies within customer order books
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience within a supply chain, procurement, operations, or data focused environment
- Previous experience using ERP systems is essential
- Experience with SAP and/or ANAPLAN is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency with data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with high level of numerical accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to identify anomalies, structure complex datasets, and provide meaningful insights
- Process oriented mindset with passion for continuous improvement
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams

Role Overview
- Our client is a well established international organisation with a global supply chain operation. They are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Supply Data Analyst to join their Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities Data & Analytics

- Ensure efficient product distribution to retail stores and e commerce channels.
- Follow up sourcing activities with suppliers.
- Monitor purchase orders and send supplier reminders where required.
- Track order confirmations and shipment milestones.
- Detect anomalies within customer order books.
- Identify and communicate shortage and overstock risks.
- Manage supplier disputes and non conformities.
- Act as the daily point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct proactive analyses and support management investigations to drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities Finance Support
- Perform invoice and purchase order reconciliation.
Candidate Requirements Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience within a supply chain, procurement, operations, or data focused environment.
- Previous experience using ERP systems is essential.
- Experience with SAP and/or ANAPLAN is highly preferred.
