Responsibilities
- Lead end to end management of indirect contracts (IT, facilities, marketing, HR, professional services, etc.)
- Negotiate favourable commercial terms, pricing, and service levels
- Track contract lifecycles including renewals and terminations
- Maintain a structured and up to date contract repository
- Manage RFP/RFQ processes and supplier selection strategies
- Evaluate vendor proposals based on cost, quality, and risk
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and SLAs
- Identify and mitigate procurement and contractual risks
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
- Manage dispute resolution and escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement or contract management
- Strong experience in vendor negotiations and contract lifecycle management
- Fluency in English and French
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and contract management
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Role Overview
- Our client, a well established international organisation based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to oversee and optimise indirect procurement activities across the business.
- This role is critical in managing the full lifecycle of indirect contracts, driving cost efficiencies, and building strong supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
