Program Overview
The Supply Chain Trainee Program is designed for graduates interested in supply chain management, operations, logistics, and strategic problem-solving.
The program begins in September 2027 and lasts eight months.
Participants may continue their Labatt careers after the program with placement at a Canadian warehouse as a Group Manager.
Salary

Program Experience
- Participants rotate through logistics areas and gain exposure to brewery and warehouse operations.
- Participants complete job shadowing and learn operational processes, including leading frontline teams during shifts.
- Participants complete a strategic business project and present it to Supply Chain leadership.
- Participants gain hands-on experience leading teams and executing operational processes.
- Participants use data analysis and lean manufacturing methods to improve processes and efficiency.
