ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The SCTP program spans 8 - months, providing comprehensive and immersive experiences across various Logistics areas with exposure to various operational sites, including one of our major breweries, and warehouse facilities .
You’ll be exposed to immersive job shadowing , learning about the specific operational processes, including how to lead a frontline team during shift to solve problems proactively. You will also work on a strategic business project throughout the duration of your program with the opportunity to present to Supply Chain L eadership .
Following the program, you will continue to build your Labatt journey with placement at one of our Warehouses across Canada as a Group Manager.
