The hourly rate for this role is $ 40.96 per hour. This is a unionized position with progressive yearly increases as per as per CBA:
Year 2027 – $ 41.00 per hour, Year 2028 – $ 42.03 per hour, Year 2029 – $ 43.29 per hour

SHIFT: Day shift, Monday - Friday, 8 hours per shift :
7:00am – 3:00pm
On-call responsibilities: Rotates weekly with other Maintenance Engineers upon completion of training and required skill levels. Paid stand by .
Overtime Eligibility: This position is elig ible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable labour laws and pursuant with collective agree ment. Overtime is paid at the legally required rate and may vary based on hours worked beyond the standard s chedule . Overtime is paid at 1.5x on Saturdays and 2.0x on Sundays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily rounds and routines pertaining to the operation of a powerhouse including but not limited to Ammonia, Power Generation, Steam, Glycol, Water, Boiler Feedwater Treatment systems.

The employer is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Analyst to deliver accurate end-to-end payroll for unionized and non-unionized employees across Canada. The role includes payroll processing, audits, issue resolution, accruals
Maintain ammonia, CO2, Boiler and Steam systems in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures
Performing preventive maintenance routine and repair completions and logging time (SAP)
Maintenance documentation updates
Taking ownership of the job by participating in plant meetings, c ontinuous Improvement , and m aintenance p lanning
Respect of plant policy (Safety, Environment, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point )

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
A Valid 3rd C lass Operating Engineering C ertificate . May consider 4 th class with all 3 rd class exams completed within 6 months of qualifying for 3 rd class steam time. 4 th class maintenance engineers salary are adjusted. 2 nd Class Operating Engineers will also be considered, with a pay adjustment made for the higher qualification.
3 years' experience in an industrial setting - manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge and experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic equipment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with a fa st -paced environment
Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent sense of urgency, work ethic and attendance record
High energy and initiative with strong interpersonal skills
