Salary and Bonus
- The stated salary range is $65,600 to $77,900 or more, depending on experience and skills.
- The target starting bonus is $9,840, subject to the applicable bonus plan and business results.
Location and Workplace
- The role is based in the Toronto office and requires five days per week in the office.
Role Summary
The Payroll Analyst maintains accurate, on-time end-to-end payroll for unionized and non-unionized employees across Canada.
The role works under tight deadlines, adapts to changing priorities, supports stakeholders, and contributes to payroll projects and process improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process payroll from end to end.
- Audit payroll processing for accuracy and address payroll issues.
- Act as a stakeholder contact and provide daily payroll support.
- Process monthly accruals and maintain elections and benefits.
- Improve payroll processes and support technology modifications, updates, and enhancements.
